THE VALUE OF THE LAND WILL BE INCREASED
1.5 months after the company was established, 44 thousand 702 square meters of land on the route of Kanal Istanbul was purchased. The land appears as "field" in the development plans. The transfer of the land on lot 136 and block 39 in Baklali Village of Arnavutköy District took place on 27 December 2018.
The current value of the land is around 20-25 million TL. How much increase will be made after the new zoning plans in the area after the Canal Istanbul project?
