In the survey that was prepared by Economist “What would you prefer if you are going to invest today” 1193 people were asked, %39.6 or 472 people said real estate. This outcome is not surprising. While real estate is star in every period. Real estate, be it middle or long term, guarantees the maximum profit avoiding any kind of risk. Currencies, profit interests or stock market, while creating slippery conditions in terms of economics, real estate is stable.

The most rational choice in the long run is the investment of commercial real estate with worthwhile tenants. You need to invest in the right property for the right time and with the appropriate financing model.
